Ivan grew up in Serbia, where the spit roast isn't catering — it's culture. Every celebration revolved around the fire, the spit, and hours of patient cooking.

He brought that tradition to Adelaide. The free-range Berkshire pigs come from SchuAm Farm in Freeling. The charcoal is Australian mallee lump: clean-burning, and the only fuel worth using.
