We specialise in whole-beast spit roasting: Berkshire pork, whole lamb, whole goat, venison, and charcoal octopus. The pork comes from SchuAm Farm in Freeling, SA and the lamb exclusively from Wunderbar Lamb, premium grass-fed quality.
Yes. We can accommodate halal requests with advance notice, and our charcoal-roasted vegetables and sides offer options for guests who don't eat meat. Let Ivan know your requirements when you book.
